Before each and every workout...I am always warming up my joints and muscles for safe and effective lifting!! And with today’s chest day... I did of a combination of pole mobility exercises, wrist warm-up exercises, shifting push-ups, and regular push ups!! 💪🏼😄👍🏼 I was feeling strong and ready to rock those weights!! 👌🏼😉🏋🏻♀️
